Slow-Cooker Bourbon Banana Bread
Used a Rival 5 quart progammable crock with dark colored pot. Set on HIGH (6 hour). Turned off after 2 hrs 20 min. Very middle of top was still a little mushy, but was concerned with bottom/sides burning. Took pot out to cool and top finished "cooking" as it sat. Only about 3 inches high when completely cooled. BTW, used whiskey (close enough to bourbon) and put 2 tblspoons in glaze. Call me crazy...
