"I cook at home frequently because I find that restaurants just don't offer the quality and nutrition I can make myself. I love cooking dinner, making salads, and baking & making desserts of any kind. I particularly enjoy the presentation & entertaining"

"This recipe was easy & delicious. I tried it as-is and then again w/ my own adaptations. I used cranberries on frilled toothpicks to hold on the rosemary sprigs & continue the wreath motif, and I eliminated the pepper bow. I did a spinach dip in one and a roasted red pepper hummus in another to keep the red and green color scheme. The possibilities are really endless, and I found there was virtually nothing left by the end of the party. Someone also asked to take a picture before anyone scooped from it, so I would rate it as a sure hit!"
