"The potatoes, ham and soup were tasty on the side of being bland. The corn and green pepper were overwhelming. IF I try this recipe again, I will omit the green pepper and use half of the corn."

I am not a mushroom fan and was afraid I would not enoy this recipe. My family loves mushrooms so I decided to give it a go and boy am I glad I did!! I added a little garlic salt and cooked them longer than stated (the sogginess....I think next time I will do 1/8 cup of milk and egg product). This is defintely getting cooked again and again!
