"Apparently I did something wrong when I mixed these because they looked nothing like the picture, barely tasted the ginger & the texture was questionable. My biggest complaint is the handling of the dough to shape the balls. The dough was so soft & sticky that I chilled it for almost 2 hours before attempting to handle it, the easy handling lasted less than a half pan made. I will not be making these again. I have a much better recipe from another cooking source that I will do the next time."

"I decided to play with this recipe & changed a few things. I made a half recipe. I made a graham cracker crust & reserved 1/2 cup. Then anything lime I changed to lemon. After chilling the dessert for a couple hours I mixed the grated the lemon peel into the remaining Cool Whip & spread it over the dessert. I then sprinkled the remaining graham cracker mix over that. This was a test run to see if my husband would like it with the intention of making if for a family dinner in May. He loves it as much as I do. Excellent recipe. "
