"Beblovestocook....I totally agree with you! I too have been cooking for many years and have never heard of not salting beans before cooking!!I don't need "Google" to know how to cook.I have always salted my beans and they come out so tender they melt in your mouth.Some people just don't know how to cook beans properly. I too have been cooking beans many years before "google" This recipe is really good!!! You can't always believe what google tells you.In my opinion if you need google to cook than maybe you should not be cooking! lol!!!"

Beblovestocook....I totally agree with you!
