Bisquick® Banana Nut Bread
"Hmmm...smells REAL good in the oven! I made some interesting subs though and will have to get back to everyone once I taste it. Didn't have eggs, so I subbed mayo (3T for ea egg) and I used butter pecan flavored liquid)coffee creamer for the milk; didn't have any nuts, so I thought "what the heck? maybe we'll get a little nutty flavor from this!" I did add some cinnamon & a pinch of allspice...I'll be back with the results! :)"

Chocolate Espresso Mousse
"This was so easy to make and it tastes wonderful! I actually had all of the ingredients on hand and made this in less than 10 minutes. I used raspberry flavored hot cocoa mix instead of the espresso and I topped each serving with a few fresh raspberries and a small piece of chocolate. Yummy!!"

Raspberry Streusel Bars
"VERY YUMMY! How easy can something that tastes so great be? I even passed this recipe on to my friend who is a "beginner" at baking. I made the raspberry jam myself (in my bread machine), so I made it a bit more complicated than necessary, but the end result is crazy good! I'm getting ready to make these again to take to my family's Christmas Eve get-together. I did add some cinnamon to the batter, which gave it a little something extra."

"Lime in the Coconut" Frosted Cheesecake Bars
"Got RAVE reviews for this one!! All but a few pieces were gobbled up for the Memorial Day BBQ we attended and I'm really glad there were a few pieces left, because I got to eat them both! I will definitely make this again, but I might add just a few drops of green food coloring just for fun. I may try to adapt this to an actual cheesecake version, so I'll let you know how it goes..."

Ranch Chicken
"This recipe couldn't be more simple or more flavorful! My husband really liked it (usually doesn't go for anything "new") and told me that we definitely have to have it again. I actually used crushed crackers (didn't have bread crumbs on hand) that I seasoned with parmesean cheese, chicken rub seasoning and extra garlic powder, I also seasoned the chicken with salt & pepper before dipping in the ranch dressing. The suggestion to brown in the skillet and then finish in the oven was excellent. I had rather thick breasts which I knew would take too long in the skillet. Served with a boxed chicken flavored pasta mix and steamed, frozen broccoli, we had a terrific meal in half an hour."
