"This recipe is really good. It makes moist prok chops. I used boneless 1 inch thick chops and cut a deep pocket. The first time Imade it I followed the filling exactly. The second time I subsituted Stove Top bread stuffing for the bread and added apples and dried cranberries to it. Both ways were delicious. I do suggest you line the baking sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup and the glaze will burn onto the pan. "

"Recipe needs review for completeness.... doesn't say how much maple syrup and other errors... I guessed and it came out yummy paired with homemade french bread (also from Betty Crocker's website) easy recipe for a cold winter day.... made easier if you have an imersion blender to puree it. I did use a white onion and a little more pepper to cut the sweetness and reduced what I thought was 1/2 C Maple Syrup to 1/4 cup. "
