"I would like a recipe, or ideas, on making cheesecake in a 9x13 pan. I love cheesecake and promised to take one to work. Problem - I need to serve about 25 people but don't want to make 2 springform cheesecakes. I would love to use two 9x13 pans instead"

"I love New York Style cheesecake so decided to bake my own. Got the Springform pan. The cracking issue is not so bad. My problem is that I can't get the center to firm up. If I cook it much longer, it cracks."
