Pork with Stuffed Sweet Potatoes I made this for my family and everyone really loved it. The meat was extremely tender (even the next day when reheated in a microwave) and had just a hint of the orange juice flavor. The sweet potatoes were great too but next time I'm going to add more onion and celery to give it extra crunch.
