"I made this tonight and it was superb! I used the butter (a little less)and dijon and then added a pack of Arby Horsy sause to it. I had left over turkey pastromi so I used that with thin ham slices and pepper jack cheese. MMMMMMMMMMMMM I used day old wheat loaf bread and had no problems with it being mushy."

"I followed the recipe although I had to roast my own pepper (very easy I might add!). It was good but the alfredo sauce did not seep down into all the hashbrowns so it was dry in areas. My suggestion would be to mix it in before cooking."
