Whiskey and Beer BBQ Chicken Sliders
"When I first looked over this recipe, I knew that I would change 2 things. First, I would use a pork butt instead of a rotisserie (store bought) chicken. My husband doesn’t like anything but real pig in his bar-be-que. Second, I would cook everything in the Crockpot. With those 2 changes, I kept everything else the same. I put the pork butt in the Crockpot (uncooked) and added all of the ingredients at once. I let everything cooks in the Crockpot for 4 hours (on low). I have learned from experience that any longer in the Crockpot and it would have been SUPER dry. I pulled the pork butt out of the Crockpot and “pulled it” apart. I added more bar-be-que sauce and put it on the buns. Just in time for dinner!!!! These ‘sliders’ were a BIG hit. P.S. The alcohol burns off in the Crockpot so you won’t have to worry about that!!! "

Three-Cheese Beef Pasta Shells
"This was the BEST and EASIEST of any stuffed shell recipe I have ever made. I followed the recipe 100% of the way. This is one of “those” recipes that you can make for the first time and not be embarrassed about serving for dinner the same night. I made the entire box of shells as some of them broke, cooked together, etc. If you use the 13 x 9 pan, only 24 shells (which is what the recipe calls for) will fit in your pan. I tried to squeeze more in, but was unsuccessful. Haha. This recipe fed myself, my husband, our 2.5 year old, our neighbor (who ate 8 of the shells) and our neighbor’s wife. AND we still have leftovers!!! I was HIGHLY impressed with this recipe and have shared it with family and co-workers. "
