"I did use jelly, because believe me the peanut butter frosting in enough. So rich and oh so yummy. I'm not a huge peanut butter fan, but these are my fav. "

Alfajores (Dulce de Leche Sandwich Crème Cookies)

Made these cookies from heaven for a church meeting. Rave reviews. My husband hates coconut, but loved the cookie. These are a must have at any cookie exchange.
