This month I am going to cook all meals in my house hold. I said to my wife and the first thing I made was these chicken burritos. The recipe calls for boneless chicken breast but I used the breast still on the ribs because it's cheaper. I cut the meat off the bone and then used the bones with what little meat left on them to make a chicken veggie soup my family ate a few days later. Overall this meal was a overwhelming success with enough to eat for lunch the next day.
