"These were delicious for breakfast, but as usual with most gluten free breads, dry the next day. Next time I will add about 1/2 cup applesauce to keep them moist."

"These cookies were delicious! My six grandchildren were here and ate them up fast! They still don't know they were eating gluten free. Next time I'll put some up for myself!"

"As per some of the other comments, I added a half cup of applesauce and one third cup of mini chocolate chips, didn't frost them, and called them muffins! Everyone loved them for breakfast and they worked well in lunches too. Unfortunately, they don't last long:) By adding the extra ingredients, I was able to make 20 good sized "muffins". If making them for a special occasion, I might add the frosting."
