Tuna Twist Casserole
Okay, so I read all the reviews on this recipies and decided that less is waaaay more. When I made this I used 2 cans of tuna, a whole jar of alfredo sauce, and frozen broccoli. Before adding the sauce to the pasta, tuna and broccoli I liberally seasoned everything with basil, paprika, black pepper and crushed red pepper. I also sprinkled the top with bread crumbs for a little texure. Then I tossed it into the oven at 350 for 40 minutes. It came out AMAZING. Me and the hubs had to force ourselves to not eat the entire pan! I think my version would be great with chicken or ground turkey too! PS: I'd also give my version 5 spoons!
