You could use other beers than stout. If you want a different type of flavor, I would suggest a lambic, they have different fruit flavors.

I used cooked shrimp, and added them the last 20 minutes of baking which was a bit too long. I would add the mandarin orange juice as a cooking liquid next time and up the ginger or use a 5 spice instead, it just wasn't flavorful enough to my taste.

Baked Reuben Sandwich
I made this for St. Patty's day and one thing I would change would be chopping up the corned beef because with whole slices, I had to use a knife to cut through the beef. Everything else is fork tender, so with pieces of beef would make a knife not necessary.

I would change the taco shells for pre-made crapes, in fact I have some left over and will be making this filling for them.

It would be better if you included some alternatives to ice cream, i.e. yogurt flavors due to many people being lactose intolerant.

Bubbling Cauldron Cheese Dip with Bat Wing Dippers
5 minutes prep time??? It took me longer to open up the packages of cheeses and chopping garlic finely than 5 minutes. I have a high wattage microwave so I reduced the power but cooked it for the suggested time. The blue corn chips do give the 'bat wing' look which is nifty. I hope it goes well at our gathering this evening...
