"Oh, come on!! They are INSTANT!!! If you are going to take the time to do them in the crockpot - boil the potatoes (they are cheap!) Or buy Bob Evans brand premade mashed potatoes at the grocery store (they're good!) - But dont waste you're time & money on this recipe to make INSTANT POTATOES!!!"

"Used to make a "Tater Tot Casserole" by mixing browned ground beef with cream of mushroom soup Ina 9" x 13" pan covering it with shredded cheddar & then tater tots before baking. My husband is not a veggie eater (he's like a kid lol). Can you tell that recipe came out before we were all trying to cook healthier? ;-)"

"These were good, but made them at Christmas time & made up tins with several kinds of cookis, bars, etc. The mint cookies 'overpowered' everything. All of the other violins & things seller & tasted like mint. Don't stow these with anything else!!! I used a bit more food coloring (don't use too much, one of my batches ended up looking a bit nasty). Next time I think I might use a tad less mint extract, although I may have been a little heavy handed. The batches I undercooked were better than the harder ones."
