Gluten Free Rocky Road Fudge Wow! Was I surprised by how creamy this was! Most of the fudge recipes I have tried are good the first day or so, but get grainy and dry later. This one has stayed moist and creamy for several days. I only cut what we want at the time, and leave the rest wrapped up. I doubled the marshmallows because I love them. It was so quick and easy, and a great way to use the MANY containers of frosting I have accumulated from all the great coupons BC has! Keep them coming, and I will keep making fudge year round! Why wait for the holidays?
