"This recipe was great, it reminded me of the homemade kuchen my mom used to make in the summer. I substituted 2 15oz cans of peach halves in light syrup (what I had on hand) and I sliced them thin. I didn''t have vanilla yogurt, so I used plain yogurt and added some vanilla extract. The dough mixture was a bit messy to press into my glass baking dish, but that was the most time consuming part of this quick dish. To jazz it up a bit I added 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg to the peaches. Yummy!"

"Very good! I did make a few changes-I used regular thin cut pork chops so I didn''t have to waste time butterflying them. I didn''t have white wine vinegar, so I just added more red wine vinegar. I marinated the pork in the sauce for 10 minutes before I cooked it on my grill pan."
