Trick-or-Treat Brownie Cupcakes I found this recipe on a calender and decided to make them and take them into the Center I volunteer for! They are a complete hit, who knew you could make brownie cupcakes... I never thought of it and I've done a million things Culinary wise. I put candy corn on some and mini snickers on the rest in case some people liked one or the other.
