Dark Chocolate Apricot Cookies The first time I made these they looked like lumpy rocks and you could not dip them in the chocolate. After that I rolled into balls and pressed down with shot glass dipped in flour. Also used half the amount of chocolate. The fresh grated orange peel makes a difference. I spoon on the chocolate and then shake off the extra. They turned out great! I have made these 5 times now and they look and taste wonderful! You are sure to enjoy them!
