"Hey there, AlabamaCooker! How are you doing? Here are my questions for you. If I use a 10x15 inch pan using the recipe for a 9x13 pan will I still be able to cut it into two layers to frost the middle of it? Since you always have the answer to my questions"

"Thanks for the information! Should I use the same amounts for the cream cheese frosting or increase it? Is there any way to make the frosting a bit less sweet? I appreciate any help I can get since it's only a couple of days away from the buffett."
