Jiffy Cake Mix
"If you do use a Betty Crocker mix instead, since it double the batch then I would make the whole batch and freeze the other cake then. So, since jiffy mix makes 1 layer cake and the other makes 2 then just freeze one! (They keep for 3 months) :)"
