"I simplified the recipe a bit by using whipped cream cheese w/chives instead of adding green onions and 1 can mexi-corn instead of adding pimentos. I also added some grated mexican-blend cheese. Couldn''t find sun-dried tomato or cilantro torillas so I used chedder jalapeno instead. Everybody loved it. I will definetly make again. Very easy, satisfying and delicious! Would also work great for appetizers cut into small wedges."
