"this was very nice. it only took 6 1/2 hours on low until the beef shredded with a fork. watch that your strained liquid isn't too hot or it will lump when you add the flour and water mixture. i had to add more salt and freshly ground pepper to suit my taste. HTH"

"this is the best recipe i have gotten from bettycrocker.com. the only things i changed was 3 cloves garlic. 1 tsp kosher salt and liberal additions of tobasco. HTH"
