"I made this as a treat for the gluten free teachers at school. I tried a piece as I cut it and was very pleased! You can't even tell the difference! I will probably add another banana for moisture and a little vanilla next time, but I will definitely make it again!"

I made this as a treat for the gluten free teachers at school. I tried a piece as I cut it and was very pleased! You can't even tell the difference! I will probably add another banana for moisture and a little vanilla next time, but I will definitely make it again!
