Cookie-Cheesecake Bars I made these bars for my high school graduation party and they were gone in minutes. Multiple people asked me for the recipe. I had a few problems making them though: The crust stuck to the pan so i had an extremely hard time cutting and removing the bars - next time i would grease the pan first, the oreos did not stick to the crust so the crust separated from the rest of the bar - to prevent this next time i would add the crushed oreos while the crust was still hot and press them in, also the cream cheese topping was hard to spread on top and blended in with some of the oreo crumbs to make a "dirty" looking top. i would definitely make these again though.
