"First, I was impressed that this did make as many cookies as the recipe said it would. It did take the amount of prep time and total time stated. I agree, the cookies do not look like the photo and the instructions for sculpting the cookies were useless but mine did still look great and also tasted great. Do not skip the butterscotch step! This really added a lot of flavour and visual interest. To make it fluid I added shortening to the butterscotch and used a ziploc bag to do the piping. Time consuming but impressive outcome. To avoid the staleness issue, I made them and put them in the deep freeze for my party. "
