Banana Tres Leches Dessert
Being on Weight Watchers makes me rework most recipes. For this cake I substituted a Pillsbury Reduced Suagr cake mix, light cocnut milk, fat free 1/2 & 1/2 (for the heavy cream), reduced fat sweetened condensed milk and fat free Cool Whip for the frosting. It was so yummy! Everyone loved it and had no idea all these healthier changes had been made!
