Elegant Almond Bars
This recipe is a must for those that love almond filling! I have made these at Christmas for the past 3 years and continue to love them. They stay moist long after many other cookies dry out. Although the can of almond paste is expensive, it is well worth it when you taste the end product. Betty Crocker should change the 4 and one half rating to a solid 5 RED SPOON rating!
