Pear Spiced Bundt Cake
Very good! I did make some adjustments, my Bundt pan isn't a 12 cup so I cut the recipe by 1/3, however after making it, I know now that it would fit in my 8 cup pan. And I cut the sugar to 1 cup in the batter, still very sweet especially with the frosting.
There are a couple things that could be big time savers, like buying pear baby food or using applesauce instead of blending a fresh pear. I mashed my pear with a fork, it was very ripe and juicy!
I can't wait to make it with apples and maybe use apple pie spice, the frosting can't be beat, so good! I think I'll drizzle it on mini loaves at Christmas to give as gifts.

Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake
This is so easy and so good. It is better than a store bought coffee cake! We have a small family so I cut the recipe in half and it turns out great every time. I add extra pie filling, yum!
