Me too! In 1972, I received the Betty Crocker cookbook. It is still my favorite. Especially the noodles. Easy and great. The original said to mix all ingredients, knead, and let sit covered in bowl for 20-30 minutes then divide and roll out. Dry and cut. I added a pinch of baking powder for fatter noodles and a little yellow food coloring for the grandkids. Boil a chicken (or buy one already baked from WalMart) and use the broth. Cook 10 min with lid on and 10 off. Add chicken last. Best old recipe ever!
