"This recipe was a hit for dinner at my house. I modified it by using chicken broth with the soup rather than water and added chopped onions with the vegetables. I also added cheese to the bisquick topping and it was delicious. Thanks for another great idea."

"this was a great hit at the table and Im not a big meatloaf fan, but I will definately make these mini loaves again. It's a great way to make meatloaf in the summer without having to heat up the oven."
