Italian Sausage-Mashed Potato Pie This was a very tasty variation of shepherds pie. I shredded a zucchini in with the sauce and meat mixture to add a vegetable in and used mozzarella instead of parmesan since that is what I had on hand. My family enjoyed it. I will add mushrooms next time and see how that works!
