"I love coffee so i loved this cake it was amazing. The only thing i changed was the frosting. The vanilla frosting the recipe said to use I changed it to cool whip. When I mixed the cool whip and caramel sauce together it worked well and thickened a little bit i guess because of the caramel sauce it frosted well on the cake. I find the vanilla frosting very thick so the cool whip is lighter and tasted amazing"

"thanks, i actually mixed the caramel sause with the coolwhip and it thickened so i frosted the cake with it and it was good."

Strawberries and Cream Dessert Squares

This was a really ease and tasty dessert. I took it to my inlaws everyone had seconds it was all gone. I did splash a little water in the cookie dough and it came out soft. I used white chocolate squares and it was amazing. Will make again for sure.

Lemon Velvet Cream Cake

This cake was a hit it was amazing. I like that it wasn't heavy either. I did use 35% cream and the frosting did come out thick worked out perfect. I did add 2-3 tablespoons of jello lemon pudding to the frosting mix and it gave a really nice lemon taste. I had put lemon juice in the frosting but i didn't really taste lemon so the pudding worked perfect. Everyone loved it. I also used yellow cake mix and added 2T lemon juice. This one is a keepers :)
