Toasted Almond Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting
The caramel icing is so dreamy and rich! The cake was moist and not too sweet; perfect with the candy-like caramel frosting! I used this recipe for a two layer 9" round cake instead of cupcakes, and it came out perfectly!
