This is a great recipe, though as I read through some of the comments I saw that many thought this more like a quiche... the size of the eggs used can make a difference between a quiche type texture and a bisquit texture.. you can always try increasing the amount of Bisquick you use by 1/4 cup.
I have been using this recipe for about 15 years and have added many things, but the favorite addition to this recipe is sausage. Try a cups worth of cooked ground turkey sausage in the batter, bake as directed. Great stuff for the guys during football playoffs.
