"Hello, just discovered this area. I bake biscuits, cornbread, some yeast bread, but not good at that yet. I learned to bake by scratch, and stubbornly keep to that. I want my grandchildren to remember baking like I remember from my grandmother and mother"

"Just a guy in central Kentucky, love to cook. I make most things from scratch, but will go for practicality if time constrained. I like southern cooking, cajun and mexican cooking. Mainly trying to keep family out of fast food places by making delicious"
