Gluten-Free Fruiti Sushi
I just tried to make these but I altered the recipe slightly. Instead of vanilla chips, I used the Reese's peanut butter chips. I used only strawberry fruit roll-ups. It was like a peanut butter and jelly roll!
The fruit roll-ups were very sticky and difficult to work with, but I would stick them in the fridge for a minute (during any stage of the process) and that helped.
The gummy worms are okay flavor wise, but the texture I found was too chewy for the rest of the ingredients. I'm going to try this again without the worms and with chocolate sauce drizzled on top.
