"I made these alot in the summer, MOST REFRESHING. After my daughter married she makes them and they are a hit at her picnics. I have used various flavor cake mixes, and regular cake mixes, Not Fudgie ones, as they do dry out if over bakes. All Regular Cak mixes are fine- Lemon is good also, but bake in a Bundt pant, too."

"I made these today, for Memorial Day. I goofed and did not bake the 15 minutes before, I did it all at once and baked for 35 minutes, until top browned. I haven't cut them yet. Hope I did not ruin them. I also used blueberry spread that I bought at a Cake/Candy suppy store. Will let you know how they taste. Would like to try raspberry and maybe apricot."
