"Call it what you want but i call it the best chilii for minnesotans! lol Those of you who think ketchup is spicy! 1.5 lbs hamburger and 1/2 onion 3 lg cans of tomato sauce 2 reg sz,kidney beans (rinsed) 1 can of corn (drained) chili powder to liking!"

"1-2 chicken breasts or boneless pork 2 bags of stirfry vegtables 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce stir fry meat with teriyaki sauce and add veggies cook to desired tenderness and enjoy! serve with brown rice if desired."
