This was my first time making banana bread ever! I made a few revisions. I halved the amount I made because I only had one loaf pan, but I think that the whole recipe would have been fine in one pan. Also, I made my own buttermilk with original soy milk and cream of tar tar. I left it until the milk curdled and added it to the batch. It was delicious! At first, my husband thought I baked it for too long (I cut him the end piece), but once he started cutting his own slices, he ended up eating half of the loaf! Needless to say, we all enjoyed this bread a lot, and I would use this recipe again and again!
