"This is a simple, quick and delicious recipe. My son loves muffin tops. Got muffin top pans recently and used them for the first time with this recipe. Turned out great! They are airy and light. 10 minutes (or 11 for more golden brown) out came 6 giant muffin tops, with some batter left. Next time will try to use smaller scoops to make 12."

"This pie is so delicious and so easy to make! I made it for the holidays, and my families and friends loved it. It's healthier too without the crust. I used coconut flakes but next time will try shredded coconut."

"My 7-year-old son loved it! I like the fact that it's baked, and it's quick. I skipped the salt and only used garlic powder. Just a few ingredients and you have a great snack or meal. I will definitely make it again."

"This is a great chicken noodle soup recipe. It doesn't take long, and you can use the vegetables you have on hand. We put less carrot and added celery. It also tastes great. I told my sister, and her 4-year-old just loved it."
