"I love this stew! The only things I do differently are: add an extra can of diced tomatoes so all the ingredients are covered and nothing comes out dry. I also skip the corn cobs and use frozen whole kernel corn instead. I like using the Dutch Oven because it makes me feel like I've been cooking all day, yet I only have to check on it a few times. A few posters found the flavor to be bland, but I just add a little extra onion and garlic and found it to be quite tasty."

Harvest Beef Stew
