"I had leftover chicken from earlier in the week that was too dry to eat on it's own. I thought this recipe might just do the trick and I was right! I baked the crust alone for 10 min which gave me time to shred the chicken breasts and add the bbq sauce to it. I pulled the pan out of the oven and added the rest of the ingredients before baking it for the rest of the time and it turned out great. Easy clean up too!"

"I made these for St. Patrick's Day and they were a hit! I used mini chocolate chips and chopped up Andes Creme de Menthe candies. Half of them were eaten by themselves and the rest I turned into ice cream sandwiches by putting vanilla ice cream in between two cookies. They were even better with the ice cream! Definitely making these again :)"
