Creamy Quinoa Primavera
This is super good! We are on a slow-carb diet and this is one of the best recipes for it.
I use parmesan cheese on top and it's just great. Like others, more garlic, and a bit more cream cheese (3 oz. of the lower fat kind, Neufchatel)
I also just use a bag of frozen mixed veggies and cook them longer and it's great!
