Beefy Greek Pita Folds
"these were soooo good! i cahnaged it all up though bc dill weed is really expensive. i browned the beef and added some "mediteranian spice mix" while it was cooking. i drained it and added some dill dip, olives, and feta right in the pan. spread Tzatziki on the pita, sprinkled lettuce, and scooped my meat mixture into the pita. added tomatoes to my husband's cause i dont like them. they were awesome. i found ground lamb at the grocery store. im thinking of trying that next time."

Shrimp Scampi
"5 spoons by far! I made this and then i made it again 2 more times that week! and i've made it twice since then and i want it again. like i crave it! It's sooooooo good. I add a half a stick of butter to the sauce. and if i'm in hurry i add pre-cooked, tail off shrimp instead of the raw and it's just as good. and after the shrimp and sauce is poured over the linguine, i sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over it and stir it all up. Buffalo Chicken Pie
"it tastes good, but it was REALLY rich. I couldn't eat a lot of it. I got sick of eating it before i was actually full. But that's fine bc it gave me a chance to load up on veggies. "

Creamy Seafood Pasta
"PS: on 2nd thought, i think i'll use cream of broccoli soup since alfredo is so fattening. add 2 cans (8 oz) of flaked crab too, and you wont even miss the clam chowder. "

Oven-Baked Chicken
Rating:
i use boneless chicken breast, pounded flat - i have my butcher flatten it for me. i bake at 350 15 minutes on each side, cut into strips, and toss in a butter/hot sauce mix. with a side of bleu cheese it takes just like chicken fingers.

Microwave Ravioli Casserole
Rating:
i know changing things make this a not so quick meal, but how disgusting is canned ravioli? i hated that stuff even as a kid. i will, however, use frozen ravioli (boiled until done) and some ragu old world style (meat flavored) pasta sauce - I flavor it with a little garlic powder and cinnamon to make it better. the rest of the dish is the same.
