"I did the following modification and my Family LOVED IT! Boil chicken with 2 Tablespoons of poultry seasoning, shred. Use frozen veggies (forget the cheese sauce), add to prepared Velveeta Cheese Shells, mix in chicken and a white sauce that is seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and a dash of chili powder. Top with POTATO TOT ROUNDS, instead of regular tots. Bake for recommended time in the above recipe. White sauce: put 4 Tbsp of flour, salt, pepper, and chili powder, and minced garlic two cloves) in a sauce pan and slowly add 1/2 - 1 cup of 2% milk over a low heat. (Remember basic rules of a rue, constant stirring, adding cold milk SLOWLY.) Once milk is added mix in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Stir till thick and cheese is melted. "
