"These cookies are fantastic. They are my husband's new favorite cookie. I've never used the parchment paper but it made it so simple to remove the cookies. I just flipped it over and used it one more time. I over baked one cookie sheet but the cookies still tasted great. A real winner. "

Super-Easy Macaroon Chewies

These cookies are fantastic. They are my husband's new favorite cookie. I've never used the parchment paper but it made it so simple to remove the cookies. I just flipped it over and used it one more time. I over baked one cookie sheet but the cookies still tasted great. A real winner.
