I love to bake sourdough breads, cakes, and things like that. I bake breads with different flavors all my own and sell them at the local Farmers Market. I have a non-traditional sourdough starter.

"I sell this one at the farmers market all the time and everyone loves it especially my one customer who is a mountain biker and uses it like a complete food on his biking trips. My starter is different than most so I will include it too. SOURDOUGH SANDY"

"I have never tried this but here it is; Combine in a large mixing bowl or in the bowl of a heavy-duty mixer and let stand until the yeast is disolved, about 5 minutes. 1 pkg (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast 1/4 c cold water add; 3 c bread flour 2 c"

"Personaly I like glass best. My favorite starter is so simple and yet so delicate in flavor it is really good and I make and sell a lot of sourdough breads. Take 2 c flour 3 c water and mix well in a gallon ziplock bag. Then when your finished mixing"
